Our trip to the Civic! By Rico! :)

Hi everyone me and Kauri team today went to the Civic Centre Theatre because we are learning about filming. We watched 14 short films! There some really funny ones. My 2 favourite ones were the Work Out and Saturdays Apartment. The apartment one was about everyone not being so angry at each other and people can make a change. Both of them were really really funny! :)      I liked them because it had lots of humour in them.

Green week. Our bird talk session. By Rico! :)

This morning we had a bird talk. A lady came to our school to talk about birds she said Possum are killing all of our native birds and we need to do something about it. By Rico!  :)

Some Qustions About Heroes! By Rico! :)

1. What is a hero? A Hero is a person that helps make the world a better place. They look after people, I believe when i'm older i'm going to be a Hero!
2. What is the difference between being a hero and being an idol? The difference between a Hero and Idol. An Hero is someone you want to be. And an Idol is someone you look up to!
3. What makes a person a hero? What makes a person a hero is nothing like being bit by a spider or having an experiment go wrong. A real hero is someone that sees a Hero doing something good and wants to do something good to!
